David Lazarte's journey into his artistic passions, are rooted in his cross-cultural upbringing. Molded by Peruvian-American parentage, his creative drive into filmmaking is one that has been shaped through the dynamic expression of personality and perspective.

 Nearing the completion of his BFA from the University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music, David has already achieved educational success both inside and outside the classroom.

His passion for Producing and Directing developed as a result of subjecting himself to various crew positions. His credits include: Grip, PA, Video Assist, Editor, Graphic Designer, Sound, Foley editor, ADR Editor and Director of Photography.

Inspired by the lasting impressions of preserved art, David has maintained a diligent respect for the development of new art, and it's influence on future generations. His ultimate goal is to be remembered as a stroke on the canvas of today's most prominent mediums, primarily film and television.
