Having
grown up working and acting in community
theatre productions in Indianapolis, Sarah
decided from an early age that she wanted to
pursue artistic projects further. In
college, Sarah finished two bachelors
degrees in Theatre Directing and Business
Marketing while directing several her own
projects and teaching children's theatre.
She further spent a semester studying
Theatre in London before she made her way to
New York City. Here, she worked in
Advertising and began directing short
theatrical projects at local theatres.
While still in college, Sarah also began
directing short film projects. Excited by
the new freedom she found in film directing,
she decided she wanted to study the subject
further. Therefore, after working in New
York City, she moved to Los Angeles and
enrolled in The University of Southern
California's School of Cinema -Television.
While at USC, Sarah has focused her energies
mostly on directing narrative film projects,
but she has also worked as a Production
Coordinator for Documentaries for Discovery
and Bravo Networks. Now in her final year at
USC, Sarah is finishing her thesis film,
writing, and working as a Producer's
Assistant.
