"The Castilian Pirate." Born and raised in the magic kingdom of Spain, Nick has been making movies ever since he watched Superman: the movie on TV when he was 5. Nick acted in many amateur plays before enrolling in the University of Madrid where he studied English Literature. Nick lived in Madrid till 2003, when he was admitted at the USC School of Cinema-TV where he attracted the attention of Bob Zemeckis. Zemeckis decided to mentor his thesis, The Macabre World of Lavender Williams, after reading the screenplay. Nick's other interests are cooking (best Spanish omelette this side of the Atlantic), drawing and magic. His hands are too small to be a pro magician, but he doesn't care: "I have the movies to make magic."
