| GRANT RECIPIENTS: GREGERS HEERING |
 Gregers
is from Denmark and has a mixed creative and
corporate professional background. Before
graduating from AFI, he worked with the
multi-national banking group Credit Suisse
in London where he spent two years doing
mergers and acquisitions. Before that, he
was in advertising, working for the
international advertising groups BBDO and
Grey, where he was responsible for strategic
creative planning and project lead. Prior to
his professional business experience, he
served 3 years in the Danish Army, finishing
as First Lieutenant with 35 people under
command. He has lived in Madrid, London and
New York and holds a BA in business and
communication.
He says that audiences should not only be
entertained, but inspired to reflect
differently over certain aspects of their
own life. He says if the audience goes home
talking and still thinking about his films,
he will have succeeded.
